Mountain House
Elements such as stone, concrete, glass and wood were incorporated to dissolve the large volumes of the house in the landscape. Accommodated next to an aspens forest, the private areas were designed in order to immerse the residence in the forest. The covered and heated swimming pool, the suite bathroom, and the intimate circulations among the vegetation, are spaces directly related to the aspens separated by technological glass. On the ground floor, the plan accommodates the natural profile of the land, distributes the leisure and living areas in an objective way, prioritizing the views of the place and the abundance of vegetation. The lower floor accommodates the technical and service areas and eight parking spaces to serve a large number of users of the house, especially in the summer and winter seasons.
