Autonomous systems and virtual assistants can be incorporated into all homes without compromising their spaces. Flat roofs improve the feasibility for deployment of photovoltaic complexes, and even maximize the collection of rainwater for different kind of uses. Solar panels melt the snow slowly and collaborate for any use intended to capture clean and renewable energy. The energy performance of these residences assumes the best performance in the maximum or minimum temperature peaks in each season of the year.
